Cultural Club
ATRANG- The Cultural club of IIIT Bhopal is responsible for all the cultural events in the college around the year.It facilitates students to experience the beauty of colors, enjoy the melody in sounds and wonder at the rhythm and symmetry of shapes.
It makes them aesthetically alive by inducting them into various arts – so that they develop graceful expressions through dance, feel the ecstasy of music, emote through drama, and express their abstract feelings through painting.
It helps students to exhibit their talents in various in-house and intercollegiate competitions such as music, dance, fashion, fine arts, drama, etc. TThe Annual Cultural Fest is organized by the college cultural club every year and there are various events such as Fresher’s day, Aakar, Ethnic day, and Colossus.
Music is a way for students to achieve "eternal peace" , after a hard day at the academics. In this way this club has become a very supportive ladder for the students to reach the peaks of their cultural talents.The club boasts of the maximum participation than any other club, making it the best platform to familiarise oneself with one's peers.
Long ago someone said....DANCE IS THE CONVERSATION BETWEEN THE BODY AND THE SOUL. And in a student's life, the balance of the body with the soul is of foremost importance.The motto of this club is the famous ABCD (anybody can dance!!). It starts with the Indian dance forms like Bharatnatyam, Kathak , Odissi , Kuchipudi and goes on to hip- hop, contemporary, freestyle, bollywood, mass and many more.
Art has an important role in development of mankind. The integration of one's thinking and its expression makes a perfect art. It is equivalent to a communicating language which can convey various feelings and emotions of not only mankind but each and every living and non-living thing.
IIIT Bhopal Culture Club is a place for like-minded individuals to come together, network, make friends and also pick up new skills along the way.
